What "Ambitious Plans" has the president set forth, exactly? Voyages to a
cotton candy asteroid aboard a gingerbread space ship at some point several
generations from now? Apart from the adventures of Captain Platitudes aboard
the USS Empty Promises, I ain't heard a one.
