Green Lantern TAS Season 1.5 episode 5: Prisoner of Sinestro

Petero's picture

This is another episode that doesn’t really do anything to advance the story, but introduces Green Lantern’s most iconic villain: Sinestro, the pink-skinned, elven-eared, Satan look-a-like humanoid alien! He is a hero this time though (Yes, a hero named Sinestro who looks like the Devil and even has an “evil” moustache), a renegade hero but a hero nonetheless for the time being. This episode also has some rather creepy scenes.

Green Lantern TAS Season 2 episode 4: Blue Hope

In this episode Razer is reunited with the team and we get to learn of what Ganthet was up to. The episode doesn’t really move the Anti-Monitor plot in any instead mainly focusing on Razer and Aya on the serene Blue Lantern home-world of Odym.

Green Lantern TAS season 2 episode 3: Steam Lantern

Well, Hal Jordan isn’t dead, and has in fact been blasted to another universe--a universe filled with giant steam-powered robots! A change of pace from the usual, this episode actually looks good, graphically speaking! It also gives some backstory to the Anti-Monitor and is pretty fun, although I still find the whole premise weak.

Green Lantern TAS Season 2 Episode 2: Reboot

This episode continues where the last left off, with Hal Jordan in the honour guard. It also answers a few questions as to what happened to Hal’s old crew of Razer, Aya and Kilowog, while adding Green Lantern Tomar Re, a humanoid fish with a beak, as a new member to the “team”. The episode takes place completely in space this time and has quite a shocker of an ending.

Episode Review:Green lantern-The Animated Series: "Heir Apparent"(Episode 5)

On this episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, oops, I mean Green Lantern; A queen needs a new King, a warrior falls and our hero falls in love .So we have our first episode where Hal gets a love interest for an episode. Honestly I didn’t like this episode much, the writers try to use some tricks but ultimately it ends up being predictable and the world they created was half baked.
